What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst. The ideal candidate will specialize in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), ISO/IEC 20000, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to ensure compliance with these standards, enhancing operational resilience, and improving overall efficiency.

- Proven experience of creating policy, process, and procedural documentation in a technical domain
- The ability to assess current working practices against regulatory and /or international standards requirements. Specifically, DORA, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001
- Ability to translate technical activities into documented processes
- Interview the technical teams and create policy, process and procedural documentation that defines their activities
- Work with the technical teams to identify and close gaps against DORA, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001
- Work with the technical teams to create Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators that will be used to demonstrate the ongoing effectiveness of the processes
- Work with the technical teams to specify/enhance automation and/or tooling that will be used to support the processes
- Gather evidential proof that the process is being executed as documented
Must have
Onsite presence in Brussels HQ (2 to 3 days/week)
Certified ITIL framework knowledge to at least foundation level, expert level preferable
Nice to have
Some awareness of DORA is absolute advantage
Past experience of ISO/IEC 20000/27001 implementation is desirable
Experience in working in a service management domain beneficial
