Job description
Isabel has a duty of care to protect our customers where possible from fraudsters. One way we do this is by identifying payments that are deemed as high risk.
Once a payment is identified as high risk or potentially fraudulent, it’s up to the Anti-Fraud Administrator to take the appropriate measures. Given the significant amounts involved, which can reach hundreds of thousands of euros, this role requires a systematic and diligent approach.
Key Result Areas
· The ability to closely follow predefined processes and work instructions.
· As an Anti-Fraud administrator, you will be in direct contact with the Isabel customers and as such you must carry the Isabel brand and values.
· Work closely with the specialist Anti-Fraud team to review parked payments and identify opportunities to improve the process.
· The ability to guide customers in what can be (for them) a stressful situation.
· A flexible approach shift patterns (currently 8-6) duty or extended hours may be required.
Job requirements
· Excellent administrative skills.
· Eye for detail- analytical mindset, being able to make links (between cases, etc …)
· Communication skills (Trilingual) FR, ENG, NL
· Proven customer facing experience particularly in regards telephone support.
· Ability to adapt to change.
· Ability to work in a fast paced sometimes stressful environment.
· Client service oriented and highly Customer focused. Interest in the domain of Anti-fraud
· Effective communication and reporting skills.
· Previous experience in an anti-fraud domain/activity would be advantageous.
· Previous experience in Financial or Banking sector advantageous
