What you’ll do

As a key member of our partnerships team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and securing new strategic partners. Your focus will be on hunting – finding untapped potential in the market, starting conversations, and converting prospects into active partners. You’ll also help develop these relationships to drive mutual business growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a visible impact from day one.

Your tasks will include: 

 

• Identify and target potential new partners in selected verticals (e.g., construction, healthcare, legal professions, …)

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and events to generate new partnership opportunities

• Qualify prospects, set up meetings, and pitch our partnership value proposition

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads and raise awareness

• Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach materials and campaigns to different partner segments

• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools

• Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape to spot new opportunities

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit 

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in outbound business development and loves the thrill of opening doors and creating new opportunities.

You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related role

• A hunter mentality – proactive, persistent, and not afraid of cold outreach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commercial mindset with a passion for closing deals and growing business

• Comfortable attending events and networking with senior stakeholders

• Fast learner, able to quickly understand partner business models and industry dynamics

• Fluent in English, Dutch, French

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus

• Background or interest in payments or APIs is a bonus
