What you’ll do
As PMO Manager you’ll play a central role in ensuring that projects across the organization are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
Your tasks will include:
Establish project management standards, methodologies and best practices across all products and services
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Provide guidance and templates to project and program managers
Offer support and coaching to improve project management capabilities
Define, together with the program managers, head of product management & head of software delivery, the yearly delivery roadmaps
Monitor the overall health of the project portfolio
Facilitate decision making with regards to project priorities
Organize the Delivery and Portfolio boards
Keep track and follow up on decisions and action items of the Delivery and Portfolio Board
In collaboration with project and program managers:
Track project progress (budget, scope, timing & risks)
Provide dashboards and reports to the Delivery and Portfolio Board
Ensure transparency and early identification of issues
Track benefit realization
Identify common risks and issues across projects
Develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths
Update the enterprise risk register and align with the CRO where needed
Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned
Implement improvements in processes and tools when and where needed
Job requirements
What makes you a great fit
This role is ideal for someone who wants to scale & optimize our PM activities, being responsible for governance, support, portfolio oversight and continuous improvement.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have at least 5 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management
Posses strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Projects, Jira, Timesheet, etc.)
Bring excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Speak Dutch and/or French but are also fluent in English
Have a Project Management certification
