As the financial maestro of our division, what will be your favorite to-do list?

• On number 1 - lead the financial strategy and operations of the Business Solutions Division, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall objectives.
• Manage and oversee a team of experts involved in finance operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to agreed standards and deadlines.
• Be responsible for the comprehensive financial operations of the division, including but not limited to, accounting, billing & collection, controlling, budgeting, reporting and procurement.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to mitigate risks and enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
• Drive the financial planning process, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and divisional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements related to financial operations in Europe (with a strong expertise in Belgium & France).
• Lead, guide, and mentor both internal finance team members and external finance contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
