What you'll be doing and where

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle incoming calls from customers (Monday to Friday) and answer questions about our extensive range of services:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for customers, both by phone and email. You'll promptly and efficiently address their inquiries and, if necessary, escalate the issue to a specialized colleague.
  • After each customer interaction, you'll accurately record all relevant data in an advanced system and provide a brief summary. It's important to emphasize that this role isn't focused on complaint resolution or sales but rather on providing solutions and creating an excellent customer experience.
  • During your phone conversations, you'll be able to look up customer information in our database. A practical approach is essential here. By asking targeted questions and actively listening, you can quickly identify the core of the problem and provide each customer with a tailored solution or answer.
