Inside Sales Lead Qualifier

We are looking for a INSIDE SALES LEAD QUALIFIER to help us commercialize the services SignHere, Isabel 6/Seven and Ponto. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and pro-active colleague to join our team and help drive demand and sales pipeline through inbound qualification. This role is focused on managing inbound demand generated by our Marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for building initial relationships with potential clients, to gather information, qualify and, when the buyer is ready, hand off to the Sales teams, through appointment setting. It is crucial that you track the prospects that you are working with all the way to a meeting with the Team, back into marketing for further nurturing or for continued nurturing by you. You will be measured on number of leads you accurately qualify and the sales you help identify.

As INSIDE SALES LEAD QUALIFIER, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Qualify and rate prospects via phone, live chat, and email – with the ultimate goal of passing qualified leads to the sales team in an efficient and effective manner
  • Stellar ability to multi-task with email management, phone, and live chat communication with prospects
  • Accurately record information and details of correspondence in our Dynamics CRM 365
  • All contact must be made in a polite, effective, and efficient manner, working within the guidelines provided
  • Understand Isabel Group’s products and solutions, and how they serve our customers’ needs- including features, benefits, and key examples of usage
  • Work with your manager to improve the lead qualifying processes
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Support marketing campaigns and key initiatives by following up with all event-based leads, gathering competitive intel and presenting conversion rates as they relate to each campaign
  • Exceed quarterly targets of minimum coverage percentage for active and cold leads, sales accepted leads and pipeline targets
  • Some travel (~5%) to trade shows or conferences as needed
  • With the rest of the Sales & Marketing team, drive revenue growth and participate dynamically in strategic planning and competitive analysis

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business domain)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function is preferred
  • Strong tele-sales skills, professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice 
  • Good knowledge of lead scoring metrics
  • Motivation to consistently exceed expectations 
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Excel and familiarity with CRM preferred but not required 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment, to work independently and collaborate well across teams
  • Highly customer-focused / customer-centric. Customer comes always first
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - persuasive and goal-oriented, pro-active, energetic, friendly, and professional
  • Flexible, hands-on mentality, “can-do approach”
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and verbal)
