The challenge: extend the BeNeLux success and drive or European expansion of our ‘Open Banking’ offering by defining the right positioning, creating the righ marketing messages and launching (digital) campaigns
Do you love launching marketing campaigns to generate new leads and customers? Are you looking for a new role in a fresh and rejuvenating environment? Isabel Group, the first and largest Belgian Fintech, is looking for a Marketing Manager for its ‘Open Banking’ solutions.
We are the leading Belgian ‘Open Banking’ solution since 1995 (before the term ‘Open Banking’ was even coined) and we have been very successful with our XS2A and Ponto services in the Benelux. Now we want to build on that success and gain new Financial Institutions or other regulated entities as customer across Europe.

As the Marketing Manager for our (Open) Banking solutions, you will report directly into the VP Banking. You will be in the driving seat to define which marketing messages to bring to which market segments, create the required (digital) marketing material and execute the campaigns. In this role, you will be driving the marketing for our Bank market segment working closely together with the product managers, the corporate marketing team as well as the sales teams.


How to be successful in this role?

To thrive as the marketing manager for our Bank market segment and to successfully interact with colleagues and customers alike, you will need to have the right skills and experience to convince and influence your counterparts and seduce new customers. Essential skills are

• You have a knack for creating the marketing messages that resonate with our (potential) customers
• You know how to translate sometimes dry or technical ‘benefits’ of a solution in a clear marketing message highlighting the value our solutions bring
• You are comfortable defining marketing messages and launching (digital) marketing campaigns.
• Digital lead generation and progressive lead nurturing is where you excel, and you have at least 3 years of experience in this domain
• English is a must, speaking Dutch and/or French is a big help.

Finally, a pragmatic and open mindset will help you to be happy and successful in this role at Isabel Group
• You are a results-oriented marketeer: you will be responsible for driving the growth of our sales pipeline, which will require coordinating the work of multiple colleagues from other teams
