What you'll be doing and where

As Service Transition representative (interim contract), you manage customer subscriptions changes when required. To work closely with the first line service desk representatives to ensure they have the required knowledge to support Isabel customers. To provide internal (colleague) and external (customer) training and awareness sessions to ensure awareness, when required. To coordinate activities with other internal Isabel teams/Departments and the Banks.

Key Result Areas

  • Onboarding new customers,
  • Know your customer (KYC) of customers,
  • Admin functions -subscription changes i.e. add/revoke users,
  • Assisting with customer familiarisation and training,
  • Assisting in the writing and improving Process documentation,
  • Working with 1st line to improve their service,
  • Assisting 2nd line support at busy times.
  • Preparing bank and customer communications

• Computer literate . All on the job training will be provided onsite in Brussels,
• Eye for detail,
• Ability to follow but also construct Processes ,
• Good command of Dutch AND English AND French (both written and spoken) is a must
• Confident to give customer training ,
• Stress resistant,
• Able to cover shift either 8am start OR 6pm finish on occasion shared with other members of the team.
