As a Software Engineer:

As a Scrum Master:
You help the team find the relevant agile way of working, whether it is derived from Scrum, Kanban or other methods.
You motivate and coach the team to keep on improving the team effectiveness.
You ensure that improvements that fall outside of the team also have progress and find conclusion.
You help the team grow so the scrum master role becomes part of the team.
You ensure the communication between the team and the rest of the organization.
You are an agile ambassador for the rest of the organization.
Requirements
- You are communicative and fluent in English
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Golang, Rust, Java, Python or similar language
- You have at least 3 years of experience using databases, SQL and/or non-SQL
- You have been designing APIs with REST or GraphQL
- You feel comfortable using Git, CI/CD pipelines, IDE’s
- You know or have an interest in the cloud (GCP, AWS)
- You work with collaboration tools, like Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Slack
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, Coach or similar role
- You have excellent communication and listening skills
- You have good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other agile methods
- You know how to help and coach people to change
